1-Remember your hip precautions(client's can't cross their legs across midline)

 Crossing the surgical leg
(ie. right leg), Here the femur  forces the femur <--- lateral(outward) on the acetabulum. In other words, places a force to come out of the acetabulum.

2-Deep squats will also possibly dislocate hip

3-Function strengthening should focus on strengthening hamstrings, glute medius & minimus(abductors that stabilize in frontal plane) and glute maximus(assist with climbing stairs and walking in sagittal plane)

Glute medius                                Diagonal lunge(glute medius and minimus)
Glute maximus

Functional strengthenin
(Don't fully extend hip)

4-Core strengthening exercises are important

                                             Bridging with physioball
  Trunk rotation with physioball
Wood chop exercise
