Tips to working with sholder impingement client

1-Teach client exercises that target the rhomboids, mid trapezius and low trapezius



2-Continue to have the client stretch their posterior capsule


3-Avoid shoulder press exercises(creates unnecessary compression force to the AC joint)



4-Stretch upper trapezius and pectoral muscles



5-Periodize program every 4-6 weeks
